Our clinic is led by Professor Michael Rudenko, a consultant in Allergy & Clinical Immunology with extensive experience in adult and paediatric allergy. Under his direction, our team provides expertise in allergy, immunology, dermatology, ENT, and paediatrics, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to your care.

• A £300 fee applies for missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice).

Refund Policy

• Consultation fees are fully refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
• Testing kit fees are refundable within 14 days if the kit is returned unused. A £15 admin fee applies.
• Once a lab sample is processed, the test fee is non-refundable.
